kanji_kana_usage のインストールとアンインストール

【インストール】

※インストール後、コンピューターの再起動が必要になります。

スクリプトの実行環境(このサンプルの場合はPython)が必要。
Python 2.5.2 (r252:60911, Feb 21 2008, 13:11:45) をインストールし、パスを通しておく
最初にkanji_kana_usage.py をテキストエディタで開いて辞書ファイルのパスを指定する。(緑色の箇所は2011.1.5修正)
